- Set your job rates in Job settings: region multiplier, overhead %, markup %, tax % and deposit %.
- Read The quote — your total, true margin, deposit due and balance, with every line itemised.
- Enter a target margin and the app back-solves the exact markup % you need to hit it.
- Save a quote to History, or export CSV / TXT / PDF to send your client.
Dual engine: the calculator runs fully offline and produces every number itself. The optional Assistant tab adds a Groq AI specialist that only explains or drafts from those numbers — it never changes them. Add a free Groq key to switch it on.
