How it works — quick guide
- Add every subscription — amount, billing cycle (we normalize to monthly + annual), seats, category and status.
- Mark anything you don't use as Unused or Under review — those become flagged waste with an annual saving.
- Add a renewal date to each to populate the Renewing soon calendar.
- Read total spend, spend by category, and your waste / year.
- Save the audit to History or export a CSV.
